Delivery Policy
1.Cross border shipments for countries such as Canada have a higher chance of attracting customs duties. Please note that Andhra Foods will not be responsible for any charges incurred during customs clearance/delays arising due to customs clearance and the customer will have to bear it.
2.Andhra Foods is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities or unforeseen events.
3.In case of damage of shipments because of solely Andhra Foods mistake, refund will be given in 30 days.
4.Claiming conditions: Complaint must be given within 72hrs in mail from the shipment delivery date, along with proof.
5.Transaction fees will be deducted for all Cancelled orders.
6.All disputes are subject to Guntur jurisdiction only.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Andhra Foods with respect to the Andhra Foods sites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Andhra Foods with respect to the Andhra Foods sites/services.
